FOTS - friends of the street

Great news for all at 'Friends of the Street', It's members and Supportors..

The 'Friends of the Street' have been nominated as a finalist in the Wyatt Roy's Longman Community Volunteer Awards.
These were held on the 10th Of June at Caboolture RSL Club.

The 'Friends of the Street' have also been nominated for the 'Queensland Local Hero Award' through the Premiers Dept and Premier Anna Bligh,
This award ceremony was held at the Suncorp Piazza on the 12th of June 2011.

Really overwhelming stuff, These awards may have been addressed to me, but neither I nor 'Friends of the Street' would not be where we are today without the help of many whom believed in my vision and my Fotties Team of very dedicated and compassionate people that make up 'Friends of the Street'
